Yoshiko Otsuka Fine Art International is happy to present "Hiroyuki Doi, Now and the past", an exhibitions of Circle drawings on Washi Paper and Representational works of water color paints by Hiroyuki Doi at Repi Doll, 1-16-5-2F Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, from May 3 through May 31, 2012. Doi has been drawing circles very carefully thinking of people who lost their lives on March 11, 2011 when the big earthquake hit Japan. What artists can do? Doi believes that artists should express the facts by their art work. His word is very simple, Circle, but expresses quite a lot.
